How it works:

Once the order has been completed and paid for, the customer arranges for the hair sample to be couriered to HomeopathySa (Courier costs to be borne by the customer) or hand delivered if local.

How to take a hair sample:

  1. Clean your brush by removing the hair stuck on it.
  2. Take a piece of foil about an A4 size.
  3. Brush hair over the piece of foil.
  4. If there’s not enough hair on the piece of foil remove all newly attached hair from the brush and add to the foil.
  5. Once there are roughly 15 – 20 hair strands you can fold the foil to seal the hair inside.

How to take a sample of hair
We need approximately 15 strands of hair from the root. Once collected please place into a piece of alluminium foil and fold securely for the courier.
What else is needed?

How long before I get my results
It can take up to 3 weeks after payment and receipt of the sample/completed form to communicate the results.
